With the powers of an online GPS tracking application and a continuous internet connection via an iPhone we are able to bring you live feeds of our daily LEJOG journeys, including live average speed, so you'll know when we have stopped for a rest!

We will also sending tweet updates using Twitter, see below!

(PS. This technology relies on mobile phone coverage. So ,if it appears we have stopped it may because we are in an area of poor reception, our mobile phone battery has run out, or because we have actually stopped!).
