The same 70mile route from the week before - in reverse. "Junction Ollie" loves a roundabout and traffic lights so much he lingers at them a little longer than the others and is forced to play catch up with the rest of the group - no map, 1 puncture (Jim), 1 "fake" punction (Jim being stupid and forgetting to screw his tyre valve on properly) and a cracking piece of cake from the Tea shop in Shere.

A 70mile route through the picturesque Surrey countryside - one puncture (Jim), no accidents and lots of hills. Surrey Hills is exactly what it says on the tin - hilly.

Two consecutive training days of 60miles each and the roles of the LEJOG team are becoming clearer; JD has kindly put himself forward for team mechanic (changing Mikey's puncture in record time) and Mikey "Kamikaze" Johnson demonstrated why the Japanese airforce during the war would have welcomed another person with a death wish (day one rugby tackling the rear of a car and on day two completely stacking it and testing the strength of his carbon frame to the limit - the only thing damaged was his pride).  Legs are tired and the enormity of 100miles per day for 10 consecutive days is slowly dawning on everyone.
